Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Brian Dillon ("I," "me") collects, uses, and protects information you share through briandillon.com (the "Site"). It applies to visitors and to anyone who submits contact information, including for text messaging.

Information I Collect

When you use the contact form or opt-in form on this Site, I may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to include in a message. I may also collect standard technical information (browser type, device, pages visited) through normal website analytics.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

The opt-in form on this Site offers two separate text messaging programs. You may check either, both, or neither — consent to one is never required to use the other, and consent is never a condition of purchase.

For both programs:

How I Use Information

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss coverage options, prepare quotes, and — where you've opted in — to follow up by text or email. I do not sell your personal information.

Information Sharing

I may share information with insurance carriers and underwriters as necessary to process an application you've requested, and with service providers (such as a CRM platform) that help me operate this Site and communicate with you. I do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Security

I retain contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to service your inquiry or as required by insurance recordkeeping regulations, and take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information I hold about you, and you can withdraw SMS consent at any time as described above, by contacting brian@briandillon.com.
